About

ErgoCove started with small desk moments I kept brushing off. Sitting a bit crooked without noticing. Wrists feeling tired before the work felt hard. Shifting in the chair, adjusting, then going right back to whatever I was doing. Nothing hurt enough to stop. It was just distracting in a way that kept repeating.

How ErgoCove Started

Those moments showed up more often than I expected. Long hours at a desk. The same habits, day after day. Tension that wasn’t serious enough to quit working, but noticeable enough to keep coming back.

After a while, it felt worth paying attention to. Not to fix everything. Just to see what changed when small things were adjusted.

I wanted a place to keep track of comfort ideas that actually fit into normal workdays. Nothing technical. Nothing rigid. Just small adjustments and quiet habits that don’t turn the day into a project.

What You’ll Find Here

I’ve worked from home for many years, mostly on a laptop. Over time, patterns start to show up. Some helped. Others slowly made things feel worse without being obvious about it.

Most of what shows up here is easy to try. Sometimes it’s raising a screen slightly when the neck starts feeling stiff. Other times it’s noticing how long you’ve stayed in one position, or changing how your hands rest while typing. I tend to test things slowly. Sometimes I forget about them until the same discomfort shows up again.

How the Site Grows

The site grows a bit at a time. New posts and small reviews get added as things come up, not on a fixed schedule.

Some pieces are about movement or setup. Others are about simple products that ended up helping more than expected. If something here fits into your day, keep it. If not, leave it. You can always come back when another desk day starts feeling longer than it should.
